"Hi Roy— upon reviewing your account, I see multiple placed calls, texts, and emails to verify your address. Your mailing address was incorrect in our system which is why you did not receive your Drive Safe and Save beacon. If you can clarify who you spoke with that told you we wouldn’t allow you to cancel your policies, I would be happy to research further but I know my team works in the best interest of customers which includes complying to DOI rules as it pertains to cancellations. I think this may have been a miscommunication. My agency works to provide the best customer experience for our customers and I apologize if that was not the case. "
